Our membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
The subscription fee is £12 per year.
For new members joining after the 1st October, the subscription will be £6 for the rest of the year.
You must pay to activate your account after submitting the Registration form.
There are 2 ways to pay. (Hint - It is much easier for us if you can pay by bank transfer!)

The Club has a few simple requirements from members;
- Please respect other members privacy and security – don’t take, share or publish photos of members without their consent. The Club may use photographs taken at events for promotional purposes including the website. It is your responsibility to inform the organiser if you don't want to be photographed.
- Please don’t share contact details of other members with anyone outside the Club.
- Please be assured we do not pass on Members details to any outside organisation.
- The Club has a closed Facebook page, which is only accessible to current members. Please don’t share anything from the page outside of the closed group. Not every member signs up to Facebook, so when organising a Club activity, please do this via the Club website, to ensure that we comply with our Insurance policy.
Personal Insurance - The Women’s Challenge Club advises that members (or any persons attending or participating in any of our events) should consider the risks involved in outdoor activities. You may wish to consider taking out personal accident/injury insurance that covers your requirements.
All our formal instructed activities are run with outdoor pursuits organisations (providers) who have public liability insurance. We or our providers do not cover members (or any persons attending or participating in any of our events) with personal accident/injury insurance.
The Club does have public liability insurance.
Data Protection – We have a data protection policy – please click here to read it. Under the new General Data Protection Regulation we need to confirm with members that they are happy to receive correspondence from the Club. To ensure we are compliant with the new rules, we need to explicitly ask you to confirm with us, that you wish to receive communications from us, for example, our newsletters, our activity updates and all other emails from us. We will assume that you agree to receive correspondence from us, by registering with and joining the Club
You are able, of course, at any time to opt out of receiving newsletters from us while continuing your membership, on your 'My account' button at the top right of the home page, where you will find a link called 'manage subscriptions' - if you click on this link you can decline the newsletter, alternatively click on the button 'my newsletter subscriptions' on the dashboard .
